Salt & pepper to taste
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon bits (optional but amazing)

👩🏻🍳 Directions
Brown the Beef:

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, paprika, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning — you want that classic burger tang.Assemble the Bowls:
In four bowls, layer lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and shredded cheddar. Spoon the warm beef mixture on top.Top It Off:
Drizzle with your special sauce and sprinkle with bacon bits if using. Serve immediately while the beef is still hot and the lettuce is crisp!
❤️ Sunday Tip
Turn this into Loaded Cheeseburger Fries by spooning the beef and sauce over oven-baked fries or roasted sweet potatoes. Or make it Meal-Prep Style: divide into containers and keep the sauce separate until serving for a week’s worth of grab-and-go lunches!
