🛒 Ingredients
For the Bowl:
  • 1 lb ground beef (85/15 for flavor)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits (optional but amazing)

For the “Special” Cheeseburger Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tsp dill pickle relish

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

👩🏻‍🍳 Directions
  1. Brown the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and slightly crispy at the edges. Drain excess fat if needed.

  2. Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, paprika, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning — you want that classic burger tang.

  3. Assemble the Bowls:
In four bowls, layer lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and shredded cheddar. Spoon the warm beef mixture on top.

  4. Top It Off:
Drizzle with your special sauce and sprinkle with bacon bits if using. Serve immediately while the beef is still hot and the lettuce is crisp!

❤️ Sunday Tip

Turn this into Loaded Cheeseburger Fries by spooning the beef and sauce over oven-baked fries or roasted sweet potatoes. Or make it Meal-Prep Style: divide into containers and keep the sauce separate until serving for a week’s worth of grab-and-go lunches!
