Hey! You know those viral high-protein frozen yogurt bars dipped in dark chocolate that feel like a cheat day but totally aren’t ? 😋
Let’s make our own! Easy, no-churn, no-fuss — and every bit as dreamy as the ones taking over TikTok.

🍫 High-Protein Frozen Yogurt Bars (Dark Chocolate Magic)

Makes: about 6–8 bars
Time: 10 minutes prep + 2 hours freeze
Vibe: Dessert meets post-workout snack

🧁 Ingredients
  • 2 cups thick Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla; use full-fat for creamier texture)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup fresh berries (optional — raspberries or chopped strawberries work great)

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70 % cacao or higher)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for melting the chocolate)

  • Flaky sea salt, nuts, or crushed freeze-dried fruit for garnish (optional)

🥣 Directions
  1. Mix the base:
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in berries if using.

You could use an ice pop mold but if you don't have one...innovate! Read on...

  2. Shape and freeze:

    • Line a small baking pan with parchment.

    • Spread the yogurt mixture about ¾-inch thick.

    • Freeze for 1½–2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.

    • Slice into bar shapes.

  3. Melt the chocolate:
In a microwave or over a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil until glossy and smooth.

  4. Dip & drizzle:
Quickly dip each frozen bar into the chocolate (or drizzle over the top).
Place on parchment again and freeze for another 10 minutes until set.

  5. Finish with flair:
Sprinkle sea salt or crushed nuts over the top before the chocolate hardens.
Store extras in the freezer and let them thaw 3–5 minutes before eating for that perfect snap + creamy center.

❤️Sunday Tip

If you’re short on time, skip the dipping — just drizzle the melted chocolate over the whole slab, freeze, and break it into rustic chunks. It looks artisan, tastes divine, and keeps in a freezer bag for weeks.
