🍕 Thin-Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza
Smoky, tangy, and crispy — your new favorite weeknight pizza.
🛒 Ingredients (serves 2–3)
1 thin pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
½ cup BBQ sauce (plus a little extra for drizzle)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Optional: sliced jalapeños or smoked gouda for extra flair
👩🍳 Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, let it heat inside.
Toss chicken with ¼ cup BBQ sauce in a bowl until lightly coated.
Assemble: Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the crust. Add half the cheese, then the chicken, onion, and the rest of the cheese.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Finish & serve: Drizzle lightly with BBQ sauce, sprinkle cilantro, slice, and serve hot.

If you like a crispier crust, pre-bake your crust for 3–4 minutes before adding toppings. For smoky depth, use a mix of regular and smoky BBQ sauce.
